WHY RSVP
This allows Carlos & Brittney to estimate how many guests to prepare for. Their costs are based on the number of guests attending. Even if you’re unable to make your deposit, but still plan on attending, we would like to know so they can estimate costs. Your RSVP helps tremendously and once the deposit is made, we can secure your room & seats.
WHY DO WE HAVE TO BOOK THROUGH THE PROVIDED LINK?
In order for your seats & attendance to be accounted for, the resort needs to be notified. The resort requires weddings to block rooms (depending on wedding size) in order to to assure proper planning. Carlos & Brittney have blocked 20 rooms for wedding guests.
PRICES
Room prices start at $1152 per person and are ALL INCLUSIVE, However, flights must be booked separately. Flight prices vary.
WHY MARCH 6-9?
The resort has a 3 night stay minimum in order to offer the room discounts. This is a 5 STAR RESORT, however, due to the number of rooms needed for the wedding, the rooms have been discounted. You are welcome to stay longer, however, the discounted rate can only be applied 3 days prior and 3 days after.
Dress Code
Guests are welcome in a wide variety of attire – from elegant casual to business suits. The wedding party will be dressed in formal wear.
